Peter Doulamis entered the restaurant business in 1979, taking over ownership of a pizza restaurant in Merrimack, NH. Wanting to be closer to home and serve the Nashua community, he opened the first Giannis Pizza in 1994 in the Nashua Mall and Plaza.
In 1999, Giannis Pizza expanded by opening a second location at Somerset Plaza. In 2003, the business was condensed at its new and most current location of 19 Charron Avenue. This move allowed for a larger seating area and a more convenient location, while still offering the same high standard of food and customer service.
